Afghanistan is located in South Central Asia, our food is inspired by Mediterranean, Chinese, Indian and Persian cultures.
Some of our famous dishes include Kabuli Pillow, Lamb Shank, Mantu, Boloni, Kabobs and Kormas.

Chaman Kabob is named after “Chaman-i-Hozori,” a park in downtown Kabul, the capital of Afghanistan, where families gathered frequently to celebrate many memorable occasions.
Inspired by her visit to Afghanistan, and knowing that people appreciate and long for authentic food using traditional recipes, founder Mezhgan Aryen enlisted the help of her sister and co-founder Nazanin Fazli and brother Abdullah Fazli, executive chef, to bring a piece of Afghanistan to Brentwood.
"I was looking to try something different in the area and I found this gem. I've never had Afghan food before, but I was thoroughly impressed with the flavors of my Lamb Kabob. The rice was well cooked and had a good amount of flavor. The Afghan bread or the Naan bread is a must have, as it was exceptional as well. Next time I'm in the area I will definitely be dining here again."
